Blistering problems

I was wondering if anyone has had any blistering problems from their MBTs. Everytime I wear them, the back of my heel rubs against the shoe creating a terrible blister. I love the shoes but cannot wear them if this continues to happen. I've put cushion pads in the backs of them and it doesn't seem to help at all. My mom has the same pair and she does not have this problem. I wonder if it is my foot thats the problem. The shoe size isn't the issue because they are a size smaller than wheat I wear- which is what I was advised to buy. Any help would be greatly appreciated! 1327

Yes i seem to have the same problems ,I get really bad blisters on both heels. I have the right size aswell,I seem to get blisters when I walk for a longer distance and when i bought I wore them for 10-15 minutes a day for the first coulple of weeks. It is intresting to hear that its not just me, I have talked to others who wears them and they don't seem to have any problems. 1328

I just got a pair of MBTs a week ago and haven't worn them on a long walk yet, but I do have lots of heel slippage, so I'm concerned about getting blisters. I have a narrow heel; I haven't figured out a way to lace them that gets them tight enough to my heel. I'm wondering if they're just not right for my narrow-heeled foot. 1329

You might want to try RYN shoes. They have a very secure fit, and I have not seen any problems with heel slipping. I have gotten heel blisters before in my MBT Chapas. 1333

I just purchased Chapa Dawn and also have blistering problems. I beg to differ with the statement made on RYN shoes that this is not a design flaw. Unfortuanately mine are final sale. I will try the Step 3 recommendation but I'm beginning to feel I am stuck with a very expensive shoe I'll never wear. 1364

Hi I have the same problem with my "Boost" MBT trainers and I was fitted properly by MBT sales person. I have tried everything and now feel stuck with trainers that not only blister but are hard and feel like surgical shoes. 1393
